คุณสมบัติ

Job Description:

• Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel

• Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department

• Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems

• Understand recruitment needs from business units and identify potential candidates

• Proactively lead the interview and co-interview with Line Managers and recommend the right candidates.

• Attend and support in Recruitments Job Fairs, Internship, all recruitment activities.

• Handle probation evaluation new employees.

• Develop strategic internal communication structure and channel plan

• Gather and follow up the training of employee in accordance with labor law, include with following up the promoted or transferred employees to get the consistent training need follow by regulations.

• Prepare Pre-learning Program for new management.

• Able to be in-house instructor for some training courses such as orientation, etc

• Develop new training programs and play a key strategic role for people development programs such as On the Job Training (OJT), Mentoring,.

• Update training record on the system and expense detail including training budget.

• Prepare training document to submit The Department of Skill Development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources or any related fields

• Experience at least 5 year-working experience in Recruitment and Selection.

• Have experience in recruitment with the supervisor or the manager level

• Excellent interpersonal skill and communication skill.

• Good inter-personal relationship and teamwork

• Strong computer skills, especially relating to MS Officer

• Good command of English

• Be able work under pressure to meet the deadline efficiently.

Job Description:

• Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)

• Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source

• Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization

• Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies

• Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process

• Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization

• Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization)

• Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant

• Manages and develops the team of HR Recruiters

• Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics

• Designs training recruitment for HR Recruiters and line managers

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources or any related fields

• Experience at least 4 year-working experience in Recruitment and Selection.

• Experience at least 1 year-working experience in Training.

• Have experience in recruitment with the supervisor or the manager level

• Excellent interpersonal skill and communication skill.

• Good inter-personal relationship and teamwork

• Strong computer skills, especially relating to MS Officer

• Good command of English

• Be able work under pressure to meet the deadline efficiently.
